LaRay grew up along the shores of the California River Delta and she can remember standing onshore, cheering for Humphrey the Whale who made a wrong turn and became stuck in freshwater. He eventually made it back to the ocean but she was hooked on learning all about oceans, rivers, lakes, and deltas. Fishing from her grandfather’s boat, exploring estuaries near Half-Moon Bay, house boating on Lake Shasta and in Sausalito, body-surfing Encinitas’ Moonlight Beach, sailing on the San Francisco Bay, snorkeling in La Jolla’s Children’s Pool and surfing in Cabo San Lucas deepened her passion and eventually led to her desire to help others enjoy the waterfront lifestyle.
Today she specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes on and near Lake Wylie and along the graceful Catawba River. Although this is a specialization, she is a champion of fair and affordable housing and helps clients within every price point across the Greater Charlotte Region, achieve their goals.

LaRay is licensed to practice real estate in both Carolinas and in California. She serves clients in the South in York, Lancaster and Chester Counties and in the North in Union, Mecklenburg Gaston, Iredell, and Cabarrus Counties.
